Our prices are structured around hiring the studio as a whole so you can then choose to have a float or a sauna. Please note though that if you are new to infrared saunas we require to you have taken the sauna intro pack of 3 half hour sessions first in order to acclimatise before you can use it for a full hour.
This is to help acclimatise to using an infrared sauna. 3 x 30m Sauna Only sessions. Valid for 3 months.
3 x 1hr 15m studio time. Valid for 3 Months.
This gives you 1 hr and 15 min use of the studio for a 1 hour float or 1 hour in the sauna, and time for changing and showering.
2 x 1hr 15m sessions. Valid for 2 months.
3 x 1hr 15m sessions. Valid for 3 months.

This option gives you the opportunity to mix and match your therapies and is a great way to save money. One can use the sauna while the other one floats. Or you can both share a sauna together. However, we don't recommend floating together.

Yes! Epsom salt is a magnesium-rich mineral used for centuries to improve sleep, and reduce pain, cramping, headaches, and muscle ache. And there’s half a ton of it in the pods!
Epsom salt also makes dry skin feel soft and supple; and can remove impurities, toxins, oil and dirt from the skin. The magnesium in the Epsom salt is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial, and therefore helps to improve skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and athlete’s foot
Because floating is so relaxing, many people fall asleep in the pods. Some say one hour of floating (even when awake) is equivalent to two or three hours of deep sleep. It is also scientifically proven to improve sleep quality, so it’s great for people who suffer from insomnia or have jet lag from travelling.
Like exercise, meditation, and many other things, you’ll notice more of a difference if you float regularly. Once a month is ideal - and if you can do more, all the better. We suggest setting a regular floating schedule; the same day and time each month, every two weeks, or for some, even weekly.
Floating at least once a month will help you relax your mind and body; improve sleep, increase endorphins, reduce muscular tension, and reduce lifestyle stresses..
The high salinity water means nothing harmful can exist in the pods. The water is sanitised and filtered through a 1-micron pool filter (that’s 1/100th the diameter of a human hair!) between each session. It goes through a UV lamp filter to kill all bacteria, it is also micro-dosed with hydrogen peroxide to further sanitise the water.
It’s a common worry, but the pod is much bigger than people expect - so big, in fact, that you can stretch out without touching the sides! If you do feel nervous, you can always leave the top open, or have the inside light on for as long as you like - you’re in complete control. Once inside the pod, people are usually surpirsed at how safe and relaxed they feel.
Most people don’t wear anything when floating, and this is what we recommend. Remember, our space is private equipped with its own shower room. Anything you wear while floating will become heavy with Epsom salt and can cause a distraction during your float. However, if you want to wear something, that’s fine too.
There have been many scientific studies on floating and its benefits since the 1950s. Some proven impacts include: reduced pain, stress, and tension, increased relaxation and better sleep, lowered blood pressure & cortisol levels, improved muscle range and athletic performance, antidepressent effects, increased creativity and cognitive function.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared light to generate heat. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, an infrared sauna heats your body directly, allowing for a more comfortable experience at lower temperatures.
The infrared heat raises your core body temperature and stimulates your lymphatic system, immune system and your cardiovascular system. Your bodies response to that is to sweat profusely. In addition to the infrared heat triggering a profuse sweat, the water in our body also resonate with far infrared heat and this also helps with the detoxification process.

You can wear lightweight clothing or a towel. The goal is to allow the infrared light to penetrate the skin effectively.
Infrared heat is completely safe and all objects give off and receive infrared heat. In fact, it is so safe, hospitals use similar heaters to warm newborns. Infrared is a part of nature and essential for life.
If you have not used an infrared sauna before we recommend utlising the introductory pack that includes 3 x 30 min sessions to allow your body to acclimatise, and then you can increase to 45 mins to an hour.
